Tears streamed down my cheeks. I sobbed to my sister and to my college friend who now lives in Vegas......... I am over the fucking moon over here after having waited 20 years for this.
20 years.
We won.
We won. We fucking WON the NCAA Tournament....
However............................My Ivy League Husband did not and does not understand. Bah.

I KNOW. I just about crapped my pants. Hubs and I were jumping up and down, yelling like a couple of kids.
Ha, you guys also managed to win my husband $100 in his office pool. So way to go!

I was (am) SOOOOOO excited. I got a bit weepy, too. I stayed up way too late celebrating by myself because my hubby's out of town with work. Calls to friends and family that basically consisted of, "ROCK CHALK JAYHAWK!!! WHOOOOOHOOOOOO!" It's a great year to be a Jayhawk.
Congrats! :-) It was a very exciting game... and although I didn't have them in my bracket (sorry!), my boyfriend did and he won about $100 in his office pool!
