And super simple.<BR/><BR/>Mix 1/2 cup half and half with 2 oz of goat cheese. Beat two eggs and mix that in too. Add salt and herbs such as thyme or chives if you wish. Set aside (briefly).<BR/><BR/>Slice up three leeks (including a little of the green part) and saute them for five minutes in a little butter.
